Seth Weinstein

Dr. Seth Weinstein, PT, DPT, CSCS, earned his Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health Studies from Ithaca College before continuing his education there to obtain his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. His clinical experience includes working with medically complex patients in a hospital-based cardiac rehabilitation setting as well as treating a wide range of orthopedic conditions in outpatient clinics, from collegiate athletes to post-operative patients.

A lifelong athlete, Dr. Weinstein participated in soccer, lacrosse, and competitive skiing throughout his youth. His own experiences with sports and rehabilitation inspired his passion for physical therapy and continue to shape his approach to patient care. He is dedicated to helping athletes recover from injury and return to competition stronger, more resilient, and more confident than before.

Dr. Weinstein believes that every rehabilitation program should be individualized to meet each patient’s unique goals and the physical demands of their lifestyle. Whether the goal is returning to competitive sports, recovering after surgery, or getting back to everyday activities, he develops evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans focused on restoring function, building strength, and helping patients return to doing what they love better than before.
