Jeremy Cohen

Jeremy Cohen, DPT, MSN, AGPCNP-C, is a Nurse Practitioner bringing a unique and highly specialized background to patient care, combining expertise in physical therapy, nursing, and advanced practice medicine.

Jeremy earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University at Buffalo and later completed his Master of Science in Nursing and Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner training at William Paterson University.

With extensive experience in orthopedic medicine, spine care, sports injuries, chronic pain management, rehabilitation, vascular medicine, and post-surgical recovery, Jeremy takes an integrated, patient-centered approach to treatment. His background in physical therapy allows him to develop comprehensive care plans focused on reducing pain, restoring mobility, and improving overall quality of life.

Jeremy has also completed advanced post-graduate training in dry needling, functional movement assessment, fascial movement taping, and Applied Functional Science through the Gray Institute. He is especially interested in innovative treatments and regenerative therapies, helping ensure patients have access to the latest advancements in both medical and conservative care.

Originally from Staten Island, Jeremy moved to Ocean Township, NJ, six years ago and is passionate about serving the local community.
