Ash Mokhtar

Dr. Ash is a Sports Chiropractor at Alliance Orthopedics, specializing in sports rehabilitation, injury recovery, and optimizing performance. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Bridgeport School of Chiropractic after completing his undergraduate studies at Kean University. 

With a strong foundation in sports medicine and rehabilitation, Dr. Ash has continued to advance his clinical expertise through specialized training in Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR), Fascial Manipulation, and RockTape Functional Movement Technique (FMT) Performance. He remains committed to lifelong learning and consistently pursues advanced education to provide his patients with the most current, evidence-based approaches to care.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ash has had the opportunity to work with a wide range of athletes and active individuals across all levels of performance. His experience includes treating middle school and high school athletes, collegiate competitors, recreational athletes, and professional-level performers, as well as individuals recovering from complex injuries and surgical procedures. This diverse clinical background has allowed him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the demands placed on the body at every stage of activity and competition. 

Dr. Ash takes a patient-centered, movement-based approach to care, combining manual therapy, functional rehabilitation, and individualized treatment strategies to help patients overcome limitations, prevent future injuries, and maximize performance. Whether helping an athlete return to competition or guiding an individual back to an active lifestyle, his goal is to provide high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to each patient’s unique needs and goals.
