Dr. Arun Rajaram, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon in New Jersey specializing in arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine. Known for his compassionate, patient-first approach, Dr. Rajaram helps individuals of all ages, from student athletes to active adults, recover from injuries, manage chronic conditions, and return to the activities they love. He sees patients at several Alliance Orthopedics locations across New Jersey, including our clinics in Bloomfield, East Brunswick, Freehold, and Old Bridge.

Dr. Rajaram is skilled in a wide range of advanced orthopedic procedures, including minimally invasive knee and shoulder arthroscopy, ACL and ligament reconstruction, meniscal repair, and rotator cuff surgery. After completing his orthopedic surgery residency at Yale University, Dr. Rajaram went on to complete a prestigious fellowship in sports medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. There, he served as an assistant team physician for several professional sports organizations, including the Houston Texans, Rockets, Astros, and Dynamo, providing him with firsthand insight into the care and performance needs of elite athletes looking for a rapid return to play.
