Nicole Moldovan

Nicole Moldovan, OTD, OTR/L, is a skilled occupational therapist at Alliance Orthopedics with specialized expertise in upper extremity rehabilitation. Her clinical focus is on decreasing chronic pain and enhancing functional independence across all activities of daily living.

Nicole earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Monmouth University. Her fieldwork experience includes outpatient hand therapy working alongside a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and an inpatient hospital setting, where she treated patients recovering from surgery, stroke, and other neurological conditions. She has experience addressing upper extremity injuries, as well as cognitive and visual-motor impairments, across the continuum of care.
