Jennifer O'Connor

Jennifer O’Connor, ATC, is a diversely trained athletic trainer at Alliance Orthopedics in East Brunswick, NJ. She specializes in a wide range of therapeutic exercises for a diverse population of injuries and conditions, ranging from post-op shoulders and knees, to people with Parkinson’s and Friedeich’s Ataxia, to high school and college athletes.

Jennifer attended University of Arizona and received a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, followed by Seton Hall University and received a Master’s in Athletic Training. As someone who enjoys many physical hobbies including surfing, aerial arts, and yoga, she has a passion for helping other people being able to move and enjoy their hobbies.

Jennifer is certified by the Board of Certification in Athletic Training and holds American Red Cross First Aid and CPR. She is currently working on becoming a certified yoga teacher
