About Sabrina LaMorte
Sabrina LaMorte, MSOT, OTR/L is a highly trained, registered and licensed occupational therapist at Alliance Orthopedics in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Her specialty is upper extremity rehabilitation, with an emphasis on reducing pain and maximizing function and independence in daily activities.
Sabrina attended Sacred Heart University, where she graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a concentration in Public Health. From there, Sabrina earned her Master’s of science degree in Occupational Therapy. Fieldwork experiences include work in acute care in a Skilled Nursing Facility and Outpatient Rehabilitation in a hospital setting where she provided evidence-based interventions, including therapeutic activities, manual therapy, and cognitive training all while providing education to patients, caregivers, and families. Sabrina is certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and the American Heart Association Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED.
Outside of therapy, Sabrina enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, and traveling. She looks forward to providing skilled occupational therapy techniques to all patients and values their goals to get better faster!
