Thomas Dougherty

Thomas attended the University of Rhode Island, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. He then continued his education at Marist College, obtaining his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. His clinical experiences include working with Olympic/ college athletes, post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation, and treating individuals with complex musculoskeletal impairments. With a passion for sports and human performance, Thomas is dedicated to helping athletes return to their sport safely and efficiently while enhancing their overall movement quality.

Thomas integrates the latest evidence-based practices with individualized training strategies to help each patient reach their highest functional potential. His approach centers on understanding the full movement system, allowing him to address the root cause of dysfunction rather than symptoms alone. Known for his energy, precision, and commitment to excellence, Thomas strives to empower every patient to move better, feel better, and perform better.
