About Jenna Ambrosio:

Jenna Ambrosio, MOT, OTR/L is a passionate and highly skilled Occupational Therapist at Alliance Orthopedics with a lifelong dedication to helping patients regain their independence and return to the activities they love. Growing up as a competitive softball player, Jenna understands the importance of physical activity and the joy it brings, which fuels her commitment to helping others recover and thrive.

Jenna earned her Bachelor’s degree in Public Health from Florida Gulf Coast University and went on to complete her Master of Occupational Therapy at Florida International University. While at FIU, she was an active member of the National Honors Society for OT and served as a kinesiology tutor for first-year students, reflecting her dedication to both learning and teaching.

Her clinical experience is extensive and varied. During her internships, Jenna worked in an inpatient spinal cord injury unit, caring for patients with various neurological conditions such as hemiplegia, and those recovering from elective spinal surgeries. She also gained specialized experience in a hand clinic, focusing on the complex rehabilitation needs of patients with upper extremity conditions.

Most recently, Jenna worked at a general outpatient orthopedic clinic in Florida, where she specialized in treating a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions affecting the upper extremity. Her expertise, combined with her personal passion for sports and physical activity, makes her particularly effective in helping patients get back to doing what they love, whether it’s returning to the playing field or simply enjoying everyday activities.

Jenna’s expertise in both orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation, combined with her sports background, enables her to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that optimizes functional outcomes and helps patients return to the activities they love.
