Abhishek Patel

Abhishek Patel, MOT, OTR/L is a dedicated and compassionate occupational therapist at Alliance Orthopedics, specializing in the rehabilitation of upper extremity injuries and post-surgical care. With a strong foundation in hands-on therapeutic techniques, he is passionate about empowering patients through education, injury prevention strategies, and functional training tailored to each individual’s goals.

Abhishek earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University and went on to complete his Master’s in Occupational Therapy at Governors State University in Chicago, Illinois. He applies an evidence-based, personalized approach to therapy, ensuring that each treatment plan is aligned with the unique needs of his patients.

Certified by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and trained in adult CPR/AED through the American Red Cross, Abhishek is also fluent in Gujarati, enabling him to effectively communicate with and support a diverse patient population. Outside the clinic, Abhishek enjoys traveling and is an enthusiastic supporter of the New York Yankees and New York Giants.
