Aayushi Pandya

Aayushi Pandya, DPT, is an exceptionally trained Physical Therapist at Alliance Orthopedics in East Brunswick, New Jersey. She specializes in rehabilitation of spine related conditions, post acute surgical rehabilitation, pain management and maximizing function in all activities of life. She believes that successful rehabilitation is a result of effective communication, mindset and goal-oriented activities. 

 Dr. Pandya completed her undergraduate schooling at Rutgers University, New Brunswick, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Exercise Science in 2018. She then attended High Point University in High Point, North Carolina where she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2021. She completed multiple clinical experiences in various medical fields including outpatient orthopedics, neurology, cardiac intensive care unit and spent hours volunteering at a school certified pro bono clinic. During these experiences, Dr. Pandya gained a profound understanding of Maitland mobilizations, Myofascial releases and The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy. 

 Dr. Pandya is certified by the National Board for Certification in Physical Therapy and the American Heart Association Adult and Pediatric First Aid and CPR.
