Mark Abrams

Mark Abrams, PT, DPT is a highly trained physical therapist at Alliance Orthopedics. He specializes in sports rehabilitation and has a passion for treating overhead athletes, weightlifters, and those recovering from ACL reconstruction.

Mark attended Widener University, where he graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Biology. Mark then continued to study at Widener where received his degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. He was a captain of the Widener men’s rugby team and played for 5 years, after which he helped coach for the last two years of graduate school. He has much experience training athletes and completed clinical education at institutions such as Elite Sports Physical therapy in Tinton Falls as well as vertigo/vestibular rehabilitation with a Christiana Care outpatient facility in Newark, DE.

Mark’s passion lies in increasing the performance of athletes and anyone looking to improve their physical health and well being. He strives to push his patients to achieve their goals and guide them with the support needed to do so every day!
