Nelson Lu

Emily Kmak, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Alliance Orthopedics in Middletown, NJ. She earned her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from the University of Scranton in 2023, followed by her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2026. Throughout her clinical education, Emily gained experience working with patients across orthopedics, sports medicine, pediatrics, and women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation. These experiences helped shape her passion for providing individualized care and meeting each patient where they are in their recovery.

Emily has a strong interest in pediatric sports medicine, working with active adults, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and post-operative knee and ACL rehabilitation. She enjoys helping patients build confidence and return to the activities they love.
