Caroline Buczynski
About Caroline Buczynski:
Caroline joins Alliance Orthopedics at our Freehold location, bringing experience in spine care, orthopedic medicine, and a passion for helping patients stay active and keep moving.
Caroline earned her degree in Exercise Science from Rutgers University before completing her Physician Assistant education at Drury University in Missouri, graduating in 2025. During her clinical training, she developed a strong interest in orthopedics and surgery, completing elective rotations in both orthopedic and spine surgery.
Prior to joining Alliance Orthopedics, Caroline worked as a spine Physician Assistant, where she gained experience evaluating and treating a variety of spinal conditions.
Caroline’s background also includes working as a rehabilitation technician, giving her an early appreciation for the role that collaborative medical and conservative care can play throughout a patient’s recovery. She looks forward to continuing to expand her orthopedic expertise while providing individualized care to patients at every stage of their journey.
A lifelong athlete, Caroline grew up playing soccer, running track, and playing softball. Her passion for movement continues today through regular exercise, hot Pilates, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. She hopes to share that appreciation for movement with her patients and encourage them to make staying active part of their everyday lives.
