Rachael Milbrook, MS, LAT, ATC is a licensed and board-certified Athletic Trainer at Alliance Orthopedics. She specializes in injury rehabilitation, preventative care, and non-operative extremity medical case management. She is certified by the Board of Certification, licensed in the state of New Jersey, and CPR/AED certified by the Red Cross.

Rachael attended William Paterson University for her undergraduate degree where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, then continued her education to earn a master’s degree in Exercise Science from Kean University. Her clinical experience includes working in the high school, collegiate, and clinic setting, where she rehabilitated injuries related or not related to sport activity, applied therapeutic modalities for pain control, and watched her patients return to the activities they love.

In her spare time, Rachael enjoys exercising and spending time with her loved ones.
